This wonderful luxury villa has 5 bedrooms: 2 large rooms with double beds, 2 rooms each with two single beds, and 1 children's room suitable for 2 children equipped with a single bed and a cot. Each room has its own bathroom with toilet (total 4 bathrooms with toilet). The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious and inviting living room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stove, a dining room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom is directly connected to the children's room. There is also direct access to a 60sqm2 terrace with a breathtaking view.

The villa has a 55m2 (heated) swimming pool.

The fully fenced garden of 1500 m² has a stone house with outdoor grill and fridge, a storage room and an additional outdoor toilet and shower.

The villa is perfect for families with children and pets and offers a safe space to play and relax.

The villa has a very impressive view of the sea and the nature in the surrounding area.

The whole house is air-conditioned and has free WiFi.

The nearest airport is in Pula ( around 40 minutes drive to Heraki). If you need, we can also organize for you rent-a-car.

Villa Azzurra Heraki

Es war eine Woche pure Entspannung die Villa ist sehr schön und lässt keine Wünsche offen … unsere Hunde konnten frei herumlaufen es war eine pefekte Woche.. leider zu kurz!
Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb !
Wir kommen wieder auf jeden Fall!

Wunderschönen Haus J.K. (Deutschland) / Jul 2022

Villa Azzurra Heraki

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus 10 tolle Tage verbracht. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits der großen Städte Porec und Rovinj ( Fahrzeit ca. 25 Minuten ) Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine wünsche offen, selbst eine Maschine für Eiswürfel ist vorhanden. Da das Grundstück komplett Eingezäunt ist konnten wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen. Kleine Geschäfte zum einkaufen und ein Imbiss bzw. Schnellrestaurant sind ca. in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Besonders möchten wir uns noch bei den Besitzern Danira und Oriano für den herzlichen Empfang bedanken. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
